Not a dime. We only charge our Client (the hiring company).
No, we are not. In most cases, we are directly responsible for your performance up to your first 12 months on the job.
We always do our due diligence before enrolling a new Client. We'll let you know all the details beforehand.
An outstanding Candidate is interested in an outstanding job.
If the Client wants the former, they need to be dealing with the latter.
We always ask the Client what an outstanding hire needs to deliver in their first year (and beyond) with their firm. So that you both have clarity.
No one can guarantee this. Let’s work for 3–4 weeks on an exclusive basis, and if it does not happen, we will part ways as friends. We'll still keep you posted on future opportunities. It's a promise.
