Interview & Assessment Data: Professional notes from our diagnostic interviews with you.

Behavioral Diagnostic Data: The results from our mandatory McQuaig® Level 2 behavioral diagnostics, which you voluntarily complete.

Legal Basis for Processing:
Legitimate Interest: We process your data to fulfill our "Signature Engagements" and to proactively identify "unicorn" talent for our "Strategic Talent Introductions." Our legitimate interest is in matching high-caliber professionals with our clients' critical leadership roles.
Consent: When you provide us with your CV or complete a diagnostic, you consent to our processing of this data for the purposes of the specific search mandate. We will seek separate, explicit consent to retain your data for future opportunities.

B. For Clients (Value Buyers & Prospects):

What We Collect:
Your name, professional title, company, email, phone number, and details regarding your strategic hiring needs (as discussed in our "Strategic Alignment Session").
Legal Basis for Processing:
Contract: To fulfill our contractual obligations for a "Signature Engagement" or "Strategic Talent Introduction."
Legitimate Interest: To communicate with you (our "CEO/GM List" and "CFO List") and send you our "Monthly Strategic Briefing" as part of our business-to-business advisory relationship. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
4. How We Use and Share Your Data
We are not a contingent, "CV-forward" agency. We are a "Doctor's Stance" advisor. Your data is handled with precision and confidentiality.

Candidates: Your data is used only for the specific, retained mandate we discuss with you. We will never share your CV or diagnostic results with any company without your explicit, prior consent for that specific opportunity. The vetted "Shortlist Dossier" (containing your CV and McQuaig® profile) is shared only with the specific client who has retained us for that search.

Candidates: If you are part of a successful "Signature Engagement," your data is retained as part of the project record. If you are not placed, we will retain your data for future opportunities only with your explicit consent, typically for a period of 24 months, after which we will contact you to refresh consent.
Clients: We retain your data for as long as we have an active business relationship and as required by Romanian financial and tax law.
